We're a group of former healthcare sales consultants with a combined 20+ years of experience. In today's ever-evolving healthcare market device manufacturers are increasing costs and pushing unnecessary agendas on to Hospital and Surgery Centers. With our intimate knowledge of the device manufacturing side we can help your facility push back against technology you do not need while creating significant budget savings on what you do.
Our Approach
- Tridents were originally used by fishermen, as the three prongs made it easier to spear fish with its heavier weight and larger area of impact. At Trident Surgical we adopted a similar strategy and focus our core values where we feel the largest area of impact should be: our customers.

Why Us?
With 20+ years of combined experience in the Medical Device industry, we understand the importance of working with our customers as partners rather than “selling” to them. Sales goals and quotas should not dictate the value you or your patients receive.
After representing a number of companies throughout New England with previous companies, we started our own consulting business to focus on the customer needs, not the manufacturer needs.

The Technical Stuff
We treat your operating budget like our own and provide recommendations based on what makes sense for your surgeons, staff and patients. This includes full organization of evaluation, bid collection, vendor-staff education, vendor negotiation and contracting, financial analysis and communication with all involved parties throughout the process.
